True North Recovery Services provides a variety of treatment features that differentiate from other outpatient addiction programs. We carefully crafted each feature to help maximize the chance of successful recovery with our clients. Unlike other addiction treatments, we include focuses like adolescent therapy, trauma brain mapping and hispanic/latino counseling. Our approach heavily focuses on the interconnectedness of mental health disorders, trauma and substance use disorder. Through a variety of counseling approaches, we believe our program is well equipped to help our clients work through the root causes of their addiction. We also recognize the need for flexible and convenient group therapy times, which is why we provide both afternoon and evening groups. Our outpatient groups cover 3 styles of services, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP).

Levels of Care
When it comes to treating addiction, there are certain levels of care people can expect to receive. The American Society of Addiction Medicine has defined 4 different levels of treatment. When exploring treatment for yourself or others, below are the different types of treatment you might experience.
This spectrum of addiction treatment is incredibly fluid and decisions about what level of care is most appropriate is best left to a clinical team. Both our adolescent and adult programs for all levels of care described above will include the same clinical curriculum, case management, health and wellness support.
